Rachel Sheridan
Rachel Sheridan is Litigation Counsel at the Tahirih Justice Center, a national nonprofit organization serving immigrant survivors of gender-based violence. She previously served as a Staff Attorney and Fellow in the San Francisco Bay Area office of Tahirih. Before joining Tahirih, Rachel worked at a nonprofit focused on international human rights litigation as well as in private practice. She is an active member of Tahirih’s Trauma-Informed, Resiliency-Oriented Learning Community.
Morgan Weibel
Morgan is the Executive Director at the San Francisco Bay Area office of the Tahirih Justice Center. Morgan has also served on several of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)’s National Committees comprised of experts in Asylum and other forms of Humanitarian Relief. Under the Obama administration, Morgan trained incoming classes of asylum and refugee officers on issues related to gender-based trauma. Before joining Tahirih Morgan served as Graduate Research Fellow at the San Francisco-based, Center for Gender and Refugee Studies and as a paralegal at an Immigration and Deportation Defense firm.
