Depression and Anxiety: The Personal Story of a Lawyer’s Journey
Depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts are reported to be an increasing concern for people of all ages and background… and some studies have shown that attorneys may be disproportionately impacted by these mental health challenges. Ryan Griffith will share his own story to help other lawyers be more aware of the signs and symptoms of serious mental health conditions and find ways to cope and overcome depression while ensuring that they protect their clients’ interests, as well as their own welfare.
