This hour and a half module provides an overview of the essential points of practice as related to harassment, discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment & Housing Act, among other relevant laws. The presentation will touch upon exhaustion of administrative remedies, the essential points of analysis for such claims, and emerging trends and concerns.
