Winning Strategies for California Evidence Code Section 402 Hearings at Trial
Purpose of this webinar is for trial attorneys to develop useful tools to limit and/or outright knock out an expert’s opinions even when the Trial Judge is inclined to allow the expert to testify.
During this webinar, participants will learn how to use/bolster your use of California Evidence Code Section 402, which permits the Court to hold a hearing outside the presence of the jury when the existence of a preliminary fact is disputed or to rule on the question of the admissibility of evidence.
