Real Estate Investing – Opportunity Zones
Business Law Section, Standing Committee on Partnerships and Limited Liability
California has approximately 10% of the 8,700 Opportunity Zones throughout the country. Significant tax benefits are available to investors who purchase and redevelop property in these Opportunity Zones. This program will provide an overview of the Opportunity Zones legislation and how any partnership or LLC can access these federal tax benefits.
