    • Not only will the nuts and bolts of Section 199A be presented, but strategies, predictions under the new regulations (as to who qualifies and how to compute the deduction.  Included in this program will be the chance to steal “Cam’s Form” – pending the IRS release of 199A reporting forms.    Also discussed will be classification as a trade or business, the inclusion of wages under agency rules, and choice of entity decisions in light of Section 199A verses the Corporate 21% tax rate.   The presenter has a unique insight, having advised on the prior Section 199 Domestic Production Deduction, and how the expansion will impact most businesses.
