Imposter syndrome is a common but often unspoken challenge in the legal profession, affecting attorneys at every stage—from law students and new associates to seasoned practitioners and leaders. Participants will gain insight into the psychological roots of imposter syndrome, recognize its impact on professional performance and well-being, and learn practical strategies to build confidence, assert competence, and navigate their careers with greater authenticity. Through discussion from a robust panel of presenters this session aims to empower legal professionals to move beyond self-doubt and fully own their expertise.
