Wine Law: An Introduction; 2023 Real Property Law Retreat
Advising a client who is considering starting or buying a winery or a vineyard means you need to have a basic understanding of some of the key issues that new entrants to the wine industry will face, and the interplay between many practice areas, so you can get your clients the help they will need. This seminar will provide attorneys with an awareness of the real property law and business regulatory issues, environmental and land use regulations, and intellectual property law concepts that are likely to arise when you are counseling new wine business clients.
