From Start to Finish With Clients - Intake through Termination of Attorney Client Relationship
It is critically important for attorneys to have an understanding of their client’s claims (and defenses) from the outset of the relationship. This knowledge should come from an in-depth client intake so that there are no surprises later on. This program will examine what constitutes a good “intake” from both the Plaintiff and Defense side and how to fire a client if the need arises. We will also examine issues of diversity and inclusion at intake, understanding cultural differences in emoting, and how such can impact legal representation.
