Understanding Recent NLRB Guidance on Unions’ Duty of Fair Representation Standard
The General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (Board), the federal agency that regulates collective-bargaining relationships between private sector employers and unions, has issued new guidance regarding a union’s Duty of Fair Representation toward its bargaining unit employees.
