Join environmental law, constitutional law, and Supreme Court experts for an informative and entertaining review of those developments in this always-popular program. The panel will pay close attention to the U.S. Supreme Court's most important environmental law decision from this past Term, County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund. The panelists will also discuss what recent changes in the composition of all three of these courts mean for environmental law and policy in the future.
