    The Copyright Claims Board (CCB) is an alternative forum to federal court to resolve copyright disputes up to $30,000 (called “small claims”). The CCB opened its doors in June 2022, and this webinar is designed to provide the foundation for bringing or responding to a claim before the CCB, including:

    ·         The purpose and features of the CCB;
    ·         The steps of a CCB proceeding;
    ·         Preparing a claim for the CCB;
    ·         Considering whether to participate or opt-out; and,
    ·         Resources supporting CCB participants.
