    Many issues may arise when navigating relationships with co-counsel, contract attorneys, outside vendors or other lawyers solo or small firm lawyers may recruit for assistance in handling a client's legal matter. This panel will discuss how to ethically handle many of these issues, such as co-counsel fee sharing agreements, conflict checks and resolution with contract attorneys and others, inability to control co-counsel, and how to navigate the client relationship through it all. Ethical lien enforcement and negotiation between predecessor and successor counsel will also be covered.
