The afternoon session begins with a preeminent panel of workers’ compensation judges, who will share their collective wisdom in trying rating disputes, including a case law update focused on rating issues.  Next, the DWC will provide an update on medical-legal regulations including an updated discussion on the “Physician’s Guide to Medical Practice in the Workers’ Compensation System.”  Finally, the conference will end on perhaps one of the thorniest issues in rating disability: apportionment.
