New Laws Affecting 40% of Californians who live in HOA’s
Each year, the State of California and its Courts implement and define laws which consumers have to abide by. This year, two whoppers have surfaced which redefine how HOA’s will enforce the community’s restrictions and what the grassy turf areas will look like in the future. Also afoot are regulatory requirements on owner installation of electric car chargers, disclosure of common area inspections and reconstruction after wildfire.
