2020 Virtual Litigation Summit: E-Discovery Ethics: Doing Things Right
Attorney competence related to litigation generally requires, among other things, and at a minimum, a basic understanding of, and facility with, issues relating to e-discovery, including the discovery of electronically stored information (“ESI”).In addition to discussing ABA and State ethics opinions, the panel will provide practical advice on complying with disclosure rules, what to ask clients or potential clients about ESI, issues related to meet and confers, and protecting against inadvertent production and potential privilege waivers.
