The purpose of the webinar is to discuss the various conflicts of interest that arise when representing organizations or corporate clients. This webinar will focus on Rule 1.13 and the lawyer-client relationship in terms of representing organizations when their members, officers, and directors act in ways that may conflict with the goals of the organization.
