    This program aims to provide solo and small law firm practitioners with practical guidance on how to meaningfully and lawfully engage in diversity employment and business practices that not only foster a diverse and inclusive workplace but also provide a strategic advantage in relationships with clients, suppliers and employees. Participants will gain insights into the legal framework surrounding diversity and learn how to navigate potential legal challenges and compliance issues. The expert panelists will explore the business case for diversity; discuss how to create a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy tailored to the unique needs and goals of solo and small law firms; suggest practical approaches for attracting, retaining and promoting talent; and provide an overview of relevant laws, regulations, ethics considerations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal risks.
