    Yvonne Ascher Bio

    Yvonne A. Ascher is a sole practitioner in Monterey, CA. practicing in the area of estate planning and administration for over 30 years (no fighting). Yvonne has an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University; and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California. Yvonne is the past chair of TEXCOM and an ACTEC fellow. 

    Yvonne is also an instructor at Monterey College of Law (Wills and Trusts) and has taught in the past at Golden Gate University in their Masters Program. She is also a frequent guest speaker to both community organizations, attorneys and other professionals. Most days, she loves what she does.

    Mark Suren Poochigian Bio

    Mark S. Poochigian practices in all aspects of estate planning, post-death trust and estate administration, charitable planning, wealth transfer tax (estate, gift and generation-skipping) planning, income tax planning, and family business planning. Mr. Poochigian serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section (2012 - present) of the California Lawyers Association, where he is the Past Chair (2019 - 2020). Mr. Poochigian previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly (2014 - 2015), and as Chair of TEXCOM’s Trust and Estate Administration Committee (2015 - 2018). Mr. Poochigian is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
