California Writ of Mandate Petitions: Basics, Strategies, & Practice Tips
This webinar covers the fundamentals of traditional (section 1085) and administrative (section 1094.5) writs under the California Code of Civil Procedure, and provides examples of when and how to file writ of mandate petitions. The session also explores litigation strategies and best practices when bringing writ petitions, including important pre and post-filing considerations (e.g. exhaustion, augmenting the record, civil discovery, and notice requirements).
