During this program the speakers will going over how to deal with difficult opposing counsel from the standpoint of litigation strategy, not one’s own mental health. They will also examine the possible motivations behind obstreperous behavior by opposing counsel and California law concerning the possible consequences of such behavior. This program will also go over tactical suggestions and about how to cope with such behavior and two case studies with examples of successful approaches.
