CPRA v. CCPA: Part 1 - Major Changes and What Businesses Need to Know
On November 3, 2020, California voters voted to pass the California Privacy Rights Act, which makes significant changes to the California Consumer Privacy Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2020. This two-webinar series will cover the major differences between the two laws, provide an analysis of the new consumer rights provided under the CPRA, and what businesses should do now to prepare for when CPRA goes into effect. Since the CCPA is going to continue to be in effect until 2023, this webinar series will also provide a practical checklist for what businesses must do now to comply with the CCPA.
