2019 Annual Litigation Summit: How To Protect Your Client on Appeal While You Are Still in the Trial Court
Not every trial court error result in reversal on appeal. Why? An appellate court justice and a senior appellate court attorney discuss harmless error affirmances, prejudicial error reversals, and creating a useful record for appeal.
