    A private investigator and a seasoned employment law specialist will provide practical tips on how to contact, interview and uncover valuable information from witnesses, including employees, former employees, and eyewitnesses during legal disputes and independent workplace investigations.  
    The presentation will cover the following topics:

    • How to conduct an efficient and effective workplace misconduct investigation of fraud, trade secret theft, abuse of power or sexual misconduct, especially in light of the #metoo movement;
